Our wood shavings are a mixture of pine, fir and spruce. The flakes are medium to fine with a 10 to 15% of moisture
in each bag. We use an automated system to pack shavings and to seal the bags .We control the process from the time the
shavings arrive to the time they are bagged. The product comes out of the plant in 2.8 cubic feet or 3.25 cubic
feet compressed black or white plastic bags with our logo on it.
We deliver full loads of shavings with our own trucking company.
Each load depends on the size of the bag.
- 2.8 on pallets would mean about 1080 bags
- 2.8 floor load would mean about 1350 bags
- 3.25 pallets would mean 1035 bags
- 3.25 floor load would mean about 1188 bags
Our shavings are pallitized and capped for outside storage.
